Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are FREE — no fees.

Eligibility: You can exchange or return any product within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. This policy does not cover towels, compressed products, pillows, or clearance items.

How to return:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+974 3371 7505) within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. We will arrange a free pickup or exchange at a time that suits you.
3. Re-pack the product the same way you received it.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after we receive the returned product.

Bundles: Bundles can be exchanged or returned free within 7 days of receipt. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately; the full bundle must be returned.

Refusing delivery: You may refuse a shipment before receiving it, and a full refund will be issued.
