Shipping Policy

Delivery coverage: We deliver to all areas in Qatar.

Delivery fees: Free delivery on orders of QAR 500 or more. Orders under QAR 500 have a flat delivery fee of QAR 35.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Payment: Cash on delivery or card.

Order updates: You will receive a message with your order status once it is on its way.

Delivery hours: Deliveries are made during business hours, Sunday to Thursday. Deliveries may take longer on public holidays and during big promotions.

Important: Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If the recipient is unavailable, we will arrange another delivery attempt.
