Product Returns and Exchanges

You can exchange or return any product purchased from the website within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the product is in its original condition and original packaging.

This policy does not cover: Towels, compressed products, pillows, and clearance items.

The store is not responsible for any shortage or damage reported after 7 days of receiving the order.

Steps to submit a return or exchange request

• Contact customer service via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• We will coordinate with you a suitable time for re-pickup or exchange within 3 business days.
• Make sure to re-package the product in the way you received it.
• All exchanges and returns are completely free.
• Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after we receive the returned product.

Bundles Policy (Package Deals)

You can exchange or return any bundle within 7 days of receipt for any reason, and returns are free.

You cannot exchange or return only one product from a bundle that contains several products; the entire bundle must be returned.
